Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original Southwood Christmas Shop boxes, ensuring fragile ornaments are cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
